Description:
Do you have a knack for creating impactful content and unforgettable experiences? The BC2 Synergy Conference 2026 is looking for a Program Curator to design an engaging schedule of speakers, panels, and workshops for its inaugural event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate the conference agenda, themes, and session topics.
- Identify and recruit keynote speakers, panelists, and moderators.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure program alignment with audience interests.
- Coordinate speaker logistics, including contracts, travel, and presentation needs.
- Oversee session evaluations and adapt future programs based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in program development or content creation for events.
- Strong understanding of trends in business, FSR/QSR, and leadership topics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple speakers and sessions simultaneously.
