Do you excel at keeping all the moving parts of a project in perfect sync? The BC2 Synergy Conference 2026 is searching for a detail-oriented Logistics Manager to ensure every operational element runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate venue setup, transportation, and vendor management.
- Manage equipment rentals, staging, and AV requirements.
- Oversee food and beverage services for attendees and VIPs.
- Handle onsite troubleshooting and ensure all logistical elements align with the event schedule.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in event logistics or project management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with event management software.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
